I joined Snow as a property manager in 2012 and have formed a portfolio of long-term landlords and tenants. As an investor myself, I understand the needs of my clients and believe I offer a wealth of knowledge.
Having the same portfolio for close to a decade I have established a great knowledge of the homes I manage which helps me keep my landlords well informed. For some clients I manage up to nine properties. For me, its not just about making sure the rent is paid but that the properties are well maintained, and recommendations of upkeep are communicated to the owner. The flow on from this is happy tenants and an investment that should have no future surprises.
I first came to Toowoomba as a boarding school student and fell in love with the town, it’s always felt like home after that. Outside of my work I love nothing more than family get togethers. My fur babies are also very important to me, my eight year old Kelpie x Golden Retriever Cruz, and Mishka, is a cat we adopted from the RSPCA. It’s no secret to my clients that I love cruising and I can’t wait for when that ocean time comes again.
